HBO Pulls, Re-Editing 'Game of Thrones' Episode With George W. Bush's Head on a Stake

HBO has pulled the episode of "Game of Thrones" featuring a prosthetic decapitated head that resembled former President George W. Bush. The show will also edit the head from future airings, the network said.
