Wow. "Daily Show" host Jon Stewart and correspondent John Oliver explained Thursday how Mitt Romney is a bit like a baby conceived during a rape -- and why Republican voters should keep him.
They suggested that rival presidential candidate Rick Santorum is too honest for the party's tastes, citing his willingness to say things that other conservatives cloak in coded language. Santorum has said, for example, that a woman should not abort a fetus conceived during a rape -- despite the horrible circumstances of its conception.
