In her latest run-in with the law, Lindsay Lohan plead "not guilty" on charges of felony grand theft.
Lohan will back in court on Feb. 23. to face the charge which carries a sentence of one year in state prison.
The actress was also ordered to stay away from the Venice, Calif. boutique where the $2,500 necklace she is accused of taking went missing on January 22.
