Betcha never knew prints could talk to each other. Well they can - aesthetically speaking, that is. The latest offering from Zimmermann contains a clever conversation which flows from printed piece to piece, weaving a subtle thread of pictorial unity through the A/W collection. It's not obvious at first, but upon closer inspection you can see a solid stripe is actually made up of multiple music staff motifs, and the paisley pattern of a dress is in fact an ing鮵e hiding amongst a flower-filled field - which 'speaks' to a collage of old Woodstock pictures, that in turn replies to the graphic effect of the original striped musical note print. Clever, huh? Add to the conversation a few stand out separates in leather, lace and cobweb-like knits and you've got a beautiful play between texture and print. We're crushing on it all, so when we found this collection has literally JUST dropped in store and online we had a little "need, want, buy" chat to ourselves. Enough talking already peeps, it's time to go shopping!
