Aussie models are earning their runway miles at New York Fashion Week! We couldn't have been prouder than when we saw home grown beauties popping up all over the Fall catwalks. So which girls have shone in the NYC spotlight? Vogue cover girl Codie Young walked for Rodarte, Marc by Marc Jacobs and Halston, Elyse Taylor got booked for Nanette Lepore and Lela Rose, Bambi Northwood-Blyth turned her catwalking (and blogging) skills on for Jill Stuart and Diesel Black Gold, rising star Julia Nobis landed spots at Rag & Bone, Proenza Schouler, Michael Kors, 3.1 Phillip Lim, Marc Jacobs, Alexander Wang and Thakoon amongst others, and Australia's Next Top Model winner Amanda Ware strutted her stuff for 3.1 Phillip Lim, Chado Ralph Rucci and L'Wren Scott. Here's to our Aussie model invasion - it's global domination, one runway at a time!
