New Yahoo CEO Scott Thompson had a message for Yahoo shareholders Tuesday.
In essence, it's "Trust me."
In his first public appearance since Yahoo co-founder Jerry Yang quit the company, Thompson acknowledged that "there's no question we need to do better, and we will."
CBS News' Lara Logan has been suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder after the horrific sexual assault she survived at the hands of a mob in Cairo, Egypt.
The journalist revealed she has PTSD and that memories of the incident continue to haunt her nearly a year following the attack on February 11 of a year ago.
"People don't really know that much about [post-traumatic stress disorder]," she told the New York Daily News. "There's something called latent PTSD."
"It manifests itself in different ways. I want to be free of it, but I'm not."
The 40-year-old journalist said the nightmares come at unexpected times, for instance, when she's tucking her infant daughter in for bed at night.
"It simply doesn't go away," Lara Logan noted. "It's not something I keep track of. It's not predictable like that. But it happens more than I'd like."
The battle-hardened war reporter was covering the celebrations in Tahrir Square the night the government of Egyptian president Hosni Mubarak fell.
That's when she was swarmed by group of men who tore her clothes off and, as she told 60 Minutes, for 25 minutes, "raped me with their hands."
Logan felt she would die a "torturous death" and was only saved by some courageous women who surrounded her until soldiers pulled her to safety.
Here's hoping she can put it all behind her one day.

Reality show "Shahs of Sunset" will premiere at 10 p.m. on Bravo. This marks the first pair-up between the network and Ryan Seacrest Productions, which brought the world the Kardashians' reality-TV empire.
"Shahs of Sunset" will deliver a "never-before-seen look inside the captivating lives of six young Persian-American friends in Los Angeles."

FishBowl Worldwide Media has launched a YouTube channel of the pets, for the pets and by the pets using its library of clips from “America’s Funniest Home Videos.”
Tom Curley, President and CEO of the Associated Press, announced Monday that he will step down once the company’s board of directors finds a suitable replacement.
Curley led the AP during a period of great uncertainty for their member newspapers, as print advertising dried up and bureaus across the globe were shut down.
The decision appears to be Curley’s own rather than that of the boards.

Mitt Romney's wealth and detachment - perceived or legitimate - from the common voter was certainly evident in Saturday's South Carolina primary results.
It also became fodder for late night comedians, or even Jay Leno for that matter. Sorry. Anyway, furing his monologue on Thursday, Jay got in on the act.
The Tonight Show host presented a clip from The Insider that included photos of the homes of presidential hopefuls Newt Gingrich, Ron Paul and Romney.
Only instead of revealing Romney's real summer home, the bit replaced the original shot with one of the Golden Temple of Amristar in India. Check it out:
The joke didn't go over very well with several Sikhs, who view the site as a sacred place. Overseas Indian Affairs Minister Vayalar Ravi told reporters:
"[Leno's attempt] at humor is quite unfortunate and quite objectionable," pointing out that "freedom does not mean hurting the sentiments of others."
What's more, a petition organized by members of the U.S. Sikh community claims this isn't the first time Leno has made such derogatory remarks.
"Jay Leno's racist comments need to be stopped right here," reads the petition.
No word on whether Romney's actual house on Lake Winnipesaukee is also made of gold, or how it stacks up with his other 75 residences.

Those out to see Kate, who plays leather-clad vampire warrior Selene, kick some serious behind managed helped the film bring in $24.3 million its opening weekend.
Was it worth it, though? Movie Fanatic's Underworld: Awakening review is mixed, but in strictly financial terms, it easily topped Red Tails' $19.4 million haul.
Mark Wahlberg's Contraband grossed $12.2 million, causing it to fall from first to third in the box office. Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close pulled in $10.5 million.

Mere weeks after Vanessa Bryant became one of the NBA's most famous ex-wives, she has become the Holy Grail for producers of VH1's misnamed Basketball Wives.
The people behind the show are prepping to make Kobe's ex-wife an offer she can't refuse, with sources say "an extremely lucrative pitch for Vanessa" is imminent.
As one source put it, they will do whatever it takes to get her, since, “Vanessa has more than enough storyline and would bring the show to another level.”
Producers never dreamed of approaching Vanessa Bryant while she was married to the L.A. Lakers superstar, who she recently left due to Kobe's repeated cheating.
Budget constraints were also an issue when the show was in its infancy, but with Wives pulling in big ratings for VH1, and Vanessa single, times have changed!
Sources say producers would instantly make her the LEAD star the show or spin off an L.A. version with her as the centerpiece. We're not buying it, though.
First of all, Vanessa scored $75 million in their divorce. VH1 isn't going to woo her with money, in other words, and it's unclear if she wants to be a fame whore.
Even if she does, we doubt Kobe will agree to have his daughters on the program, which could be a tough workaround as Vanessa will have primary custody.

A Virginia judge sentenced Matthew David Howard Smith, one of the founders of copyright-infrgining website NinjaVideo.net, to 14 months in prison Friday.
Smith will also serve two years of supervised release, pay $172,387 and forfeit some financial accounts and computer equipment.
