Jennifer Salke has been named president of NBC Entertainment, NBC announced on Wednesday.
Salke had previously served as 20th Century Fox Television's executive vice president of creative affairs, a position she had held since 2006. During her tenure at Fox, Salke was instrumental in developing the hit series "Glee" and "Modern Family."
