3Net Plans 'Civil War 3D'

3Net will debut "The Civil War 3D," a four-part miniseries that seeks to immerse viewers in the history of the war.

The network, a joint venture between Sony, Discovery and IMAX, has begun principal photography on the show, which will air in the fall. The series will follow the Union's Massachusetts 20^th regiment and the Confederate’s Virginia 1^st.
