Singer Christina Aguilera arrested for public intoxication This Morning. According to TMZ, popular pop singer Christina Aguilera got arrested earlier this morning for public intoxication. They say that Christina was arrested with her boyfriend Matt Rutler in West Hollywood,California for driving under the influence. The Cops said Christina was a passenger in the car,which was being driven by Matt. Cops noticed he was driving erratically around 2:45 AM,so they pulled the car over. They determined that Matt was drunk and arrested him for a misdemeanor DUI.
