The episode is entitled, "And Then There Were None." In this clip, Rufus runs into Bobby when he investigates a crime scene. Then they get to talking about it more. Eventually,Rufus suggests they partner up on it just like old times. Bobby says yes as long as he gets to drive. Rufus tells hm,"hell no."
