CBS chief Les Moonves announced on Friday that the company has acquired Clicker.com, an online guide to finding "legal" television and related video on the Internet. Lanzone launched Clicker in 2009.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
As part of the arrangement, Jim Lanzone, Clicker's co-founder and CEO, has been named president of CBS Interactive. Lanzone "will oversee all of CBS Interactive's operations worldwide," CBS said.
