Dean Sheremet and Sarah Silver: Married!

Dean Sheremet, who LeAnn Rimes famously cheated on with Eddie Cibrian, married his fiancee Sarah Silver on Tuesday. Congratulations to the couple!

Sheremet, 30, posted a video titled “Happy happy day” on his Twitter page following the wedding, along with writing about his “beautiful bride.”

Rimes, of course, went on to marry Cibrian earlier this year.

“Everyone says I’m getting a second chance at love, but I think I’m just doing it right for the first time,” Sheremet told Us Weekly about his new marriage.

Here's hoping she moves on and finds love too.

Lady Gaga certainly did not leave anything in the bag in her bid to become Jo Calderone at the MTV Video Music Awards in Los Angeles Sunday.

The pop star didn't just wear men's clothing and fake stubble. Lady Gaga took dressing in drag to the extreme, wearing a prosthetic penis, even.

Seriously, she was. Talk about getting into character.

Perhaps that was the impetus behind the revelation that Gaga/Jo used to pleasure himself to Britney Spears when he was a kid. He/she didn't say.

"I am from New Jersey," Jo Calderone said. "My family is from Palermo, Sicily. I'm not a singer or a model or an actor or anything. I am just a guy."

A guy who always keeps things interesting, for sure.

Daryl Hannah Arrested Over Pipeline Protest

Actress Daryl Hannah was arrested today as part of a sit-in near the White House in protest of a pipeline expansion project. She was one of 100 people booked by local police.

"We stand here today to just say no to slavery, to just say no to tar, sands, oil, and no to the Keystone pipeline," the Kill Bill star said, smiling, prior to being handcuffed, as first reported by CNN.

The protest focused on a huge expansion of a pipeline carrying oil from Alberta, Canada, to the Gulf of Mexico. The State Department will likely greenlight the deal before the year is over.

Looks like she overcame her packing problems to put together this killer ensemble. After the girls honed their mental focus in a live-mannequin challenge last night, the top 15 Australia's Next Top Model contestants were thrown into an eerie shoot that required some serious mind-over-creepy-matter control. The brief: to channel Lady Gaga's extroverted personality, whilst lying in a coffin. The deathly theme excited some (Izzy) whilst royally freaking some of the other girls out (Liz, Neo, Rachel). Dressed to the nines in 'fits that would leave Morticia Adams green with envy, the ANTM troupe gave photographer Jason Capobianco their best emo' looks. Ken Howard on the SAG/AFTRA Merger: 'A Hurricane Couldn't Stop Us'

Lest anyone believe that SAG and AFTRA have lost interest in their latest merger go-around, the two labor groups put out an announcement Monday, touting the fact that their respective merger task forces had gotten together over the weekend for a videoconference bi-coastal chit-chat, despite severe storm conditions in New York.

The meeting had originally been scheduled to occur face-to-face in New York. With Hurricane Irene's impending arrival, SAG and AFTRA had out-of-town constituents tune in via videoconference.

Production on the series has been temporarily shut down due to Hurricane Irene, which is expected to make landfall on Saturday in North Carolina. (The series films in Wilmington, North Carolina.)

Adam Levine to MTV: Eff You!

MTV airs the Video Music Awards tonight at 8 p.m. EST. But Adam Levine won't be tuning in.

The Maroon 5 frontman and judge on The Voice let his feelings be known about the network in a Tweet last night, writing: "The VMAs [are the] one day a year when MTV pretends to still care about music. I'm drawing a line in the sand. F--k you, VMAs."

Adam Levine is going after MTV and American Idol these days. Who will be next?!?

The singer and his band won a VMA trophy in 2004, but they are not nominated in any category this year.

Levine may not be tuning in to watch Lady Gaga open the ceremony tonight, but THG will be! Return to the site throughout the day tomorrow for constant video and fashion updates from the event.
